Ordering Information

What credit cards do you accept?
Pacific Learning accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, if you are placing an order from the U.S. or Canada, we accept checks and money orders (in U.S. Dollars). International orders must be paid with a credit card. Please provide the following information with your payment:

  • Item numbers and product descriptions
  • Quantities
  • Your shipping address
  • A daytime phone number and email (in case we have a question about your order)

Can I pay with a school purchase order?
Yes. All school purchase orders should be faxed or mailed to Pacific Learning at the above address.

How do I use a Purchase Order online?
To pay with a Purchase Order online:

  • Login to your account.
  • Submit your order online. (We will hold your order for 30 days, but will not begin to process it until a hard copy of your authorized Purchase Order is received.)
  • To process your order please send a copy of your online order confirmation (this will include your order confirmation number for our reference) as well as the authorized Purchase Order:
    • Fax: (714) 516-8369
    • Mail: Pacific Learning, 6262 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA, 90630-5204
  • Include any additional paperwork provided by your school or district.
  • After all required paperwork is received, your order will be processed and you will be sent a shipping confirmation via e-mail as well as an invoice via mail.

Is there an order form I can download?
Yes, you can download the order form.

What are my shipping charges?*
Shipping and handling fees: $3.00 minimum, 10% for orders $1999 and under, and 8% for orders of $2000 or more.

What is the sales tax*?
We collect tax based upon the “ship to” address.

*Please note: Sales tax is subject to change.

Can I place a tax-exempt order on your website?
Yes, you can submit an order online if you are tax exempt, however we will not process and ship your order until your Tax Exemption Certificate with Tax ID is mailed or faxed. To process your order, please send a copy of your online order confirmation (this will include your order number for our reference) along with your Tax Exemption Certificate with Tax ID to:

When should I expect to receive my order?
Domestic Orders: Allow 7 – 14 business days for delivery.

Does Pacific Learning accept international or military orders*?
Yes, however orders must be placed by phone, fax, or e-mail. Shipping and handling charges as well as product availability may vary. Rights and restrictions apply to certain products on international orders. Please e-mail us or call (800) 279-0737 for more information about rights and restrictions.
*Military Orders sent to APO or FPO addresses will be sent Parcel Post.

What is your guarantee?
OUR GUARANTEE: Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with any product you purchased from Pacific Learning, please notify us within 30 days, and we will replace your merchandise or refund your money, less shipping and handling.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Enclose the original packing slip.

How do I return merchandise?*
You can call Pacific Learning at (800) 279-0737 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
Please note: Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
*All sales are final on downloadable products. No refunds or exchanges.

What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items*?
Call Customer Service at (800) 279-0737 Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PT. Please have your packing slip available.

*Tip: If possible, sign for the package as “damaged upon receipt” from the courier.

  • Title and item number
  • specific page numbers
  • total number of duplications
  • purpose of duplication
  • your complete contact information
Copyright permission may be granted if: the purpose of the duplication is not for resale, a reasonable number of pages are requested for duplication, and the request makes provision for Pacific Learning to receive credit by including a copyright line or maintaining the Pacific Learning copyright credit line on each reproduced page.
